This website is for anyone who, like me, is trying to lose weight but doesn't have a lot of time or money to waste on things that don't work.
I want a place where real people can post their real experiences about what they've done to make changes in their lives.
Let's face it. For the most part we know what we need to do. It's the small choices we make everyday that have the most affect on our health. You know what I mean:
- One serving or two?
- Elevator or stairs?
- Water or Coke?
We all have to face these decisions every day. I hope we can support and help each other make the healthy choice (most of the time, anyway).
