Free Audio and Video Workouts

If you don’t have money to spend on exercise videos, here’s some free options that may help you out.

iTunes.com – With about 100 channels in the fitness & nutrition category you can find hundreds of free podcasts, including audio workouts for your MP3 and video workouts for home. The only drawback is that there is so much to chose from – walking, running, cardio, specific exercise instruction and yoga – you may spend all your exercise time searching for new stuff. There are also podcasts of health and fitness radio shows, interviews and motivational recordings. iTunes is free to download. Once launched select Podcasts, then Health, then Fitness & Nutrition.

FitnessMagazine.com – Register for free and watch hundreds of videos online. Fitness magazine was one of my favorites when I was working full time and could afford subscriptions to several magazines. Their online workout videos are professional looking and easy to follow. Partnered with better.tv to watch videos in many other channels.

Workoutz.com - Learn how to do gym and home exercises the correct way and add some variety to your routine. Sort exercises by name, difficulty level or body part targeted.

WorkoutsOnDemand.com – Another membership site, free members have access to 5 – 10 minutes express workouts. New workouts come out every week – great for variety. Edited to add. The “free” membership is no longer free. At $3.99 per month ti does seem like a great value though, especially if you compare to buying exercise videos or gym memberships.

Do you know of any other sites that offer free exercise videos?
